The front desk staff was cute and helpful! The room was recently remodeled and very clean. The bed felt comfortable. Snacks and drinks were available 24/7 in the lobby. there was a large terrace on the third floor. Its central location made it easy to walk to many key points.
The room I stayed in was a little noisy at night, it could be a bit disturbing.

I found the location allowed me to walk to many sites. the lady at reception was cute. this small hotel was quiet. I liked that. i found bottled water, juice, and cakes available in reception.
I encountered a long wait at the front door, it was locked. That was a bit frustrating. i eventually got a message to use the back entrance, and a notice on the door would have helped. the room felt quite small.

the 24/7 snack and coffee bar in the lobby was convenient and had many options. i found the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the location made it easy to reach city attractions. the rooftop was nice.
the shower was a little small. it was functional but compact.

The front door was locked. it became a small adventure to find the back entrance. A sign advising guests to go around back would have been greatly appreciated. The room was on the smaller side. I did have to leave the suitcase on the desk.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel provided unlimited drinks and snacks in the reception area because they do not offer breakfast. the location is great. Many attractions are within easy walking distance!!!
The room lacked a window facing the outside. Instead, it opened onto a patio.
